It started with three sisters and one recipe — our cheese straws have built a following over the years.
In 2017, after a few cocktails at the Jefferson Hotel Bar, two friends decided to leave the corporate world and start baking cheese straws. We're here to carry the tradition forward — same butter, same cheese, same care.
Today we're in 55+ shops across 10 states. Every straw is still hand-cut, still made with real ingredients, and still shipped from our Richmond kitchen.
